Powder coating

Our company offers powder coating steel, galvanized and aluminium products.
 

We have a powder line that allows:

1. Pre-preparation in three stages:

-          degreasing by ferrous phosphating,

-          rinsing with commercial water,

-          rinsing with demineralized water.

2. Drying.

3. Powder coating - electrostatic, tribostatic charge.

4. Firing.

Chemical pretreatment – improve corrosion resistance.
It guarantees perfect protection of parts.

 

A wide selection of colors that conforms to the RAL sampler.
Colors for indoor, outdoor use.
Colors of various surfaces - smooth, coarse or finely textured.
Colors of different degrees of gloss - shiny, semi-glossy, matte.

 

The maximum dimensions of the painted parts are:

-          length - 4500 mm, height – 2400 mm, width - 1500 mm

The maximum weight of painted parts is:

-          500 kg.
